We receive CV from canditates and choose the suitable ones.

Scheduling Interview Time via Phone

We will contact the candidates via phone in advance to arrange the interview time.

A clear compensation and benefits policy?
  • iArt has a clear and transparent compensation and benefits mechanism fully documented in the organization’s E-Office.
  • The salary structure at iArt is applied according to the 3P Salary method = Basic salary + IBI Salary + KPI Salary. Where the IBI salary evaluates the working attitude and the KPI salary evaluates work performance.
  • Approval for increasing IBI and KPI salaries occurs every 6 months, with KPI bonuses awarded quarterly.
  • Business performance bonuses are allocated based on actual monthly business performance reports after auditing.
  • Additionally, at iArt, there are other bonuses such as innovation bonuses, Tet holiday bonuses, 13th-month salary, and bonuses from internal competitions.

Does iArt delay payment?

ABSOLUTELY NOT

We demonstrate through practice that over the past 8 years, iArt has always ensured that salaries are paid based on actual work and on time. In cases where the salary payment period coincides with extended holidays, iArt always prioritizes paying a portion of the salary in advance to employees, rather than waiting until after the holiday period ends.

iArters’ comprehensive leave?
  • Each iArt staff member is entitled to 12 days of leave per year, which, if not utilized by December 31st, is converted into salary.
  • Additionally, employees are granted an extra day off during their birthday month.
  • In the case of marriage or family funerals, up to 3 additional days of leave are granted as stipulated in the company’s regulations.
  • Leave taken for company-sponsored travel is compensated with salary.
